Still waiting for a refund for an item which was returned using a specific Royal Mail return service provided by the company. When I chased this up was told without me providing my tracking number they are unable to locate my return which had the original packaging and invoice inserted! (With all my personal and order details on) I am absolutely bewildered as to how they can do this to customers! I am now £50 down and wondering how many other customers they have done this to! Apalling!
