Fantastic customer service! Ordered two beautiful dresses from lavish Alice both were true to size and of a high quality. Unfortunately I had to return the first dress but only because it was too long. I received my refund promptly and was kept updated throughout. I got so many compliments on the dress I wore for a wedding. Will definitely be ordering again.
