Lavish Alice clothes are off excellent quality, delivery and customer care are exceptional also. Unfortunately I was sent clothes on more than one occasion that was already worn and actually sent back a worn dress that was repackaged and sent to me again. I feel the problem obviously is in the warehouse area and products are not being checked when returned. Apart from this the style is very beautiful.
