Did my first order with Lavish Alice and the dresses were beautiful and fit well. I preferred them to House of Cb and they are cheaper! I did need to send a couple of dresses back because I wanted to pick from a few and the refund did seem to take a while. However when I messaged Amanda she quickly sorted it out. That’s what makes me confident to reorder when the customer service is good and deals with an issue quickly.
