I have never experienced fashion customer service as good as Lavish Alice. They advised if I sent proof of postage they would send out my outfit exchanges, which I thought was great rather than having to wait for the return to be processed etc. Sent them the receipt and received a message not long later to say the items were being sent out on next day delivery. Thank you so much for your kind and quick service, and the product quality is excellent.
