I unfortunately went over the 14 days return policy due to the death of my Mother in Law. Lavish Alice, were amazing, very understanding, kind and considerate. I really thought that I would be stuck with a dress which was 3 sizes too small but they immediately got back to me and allowed to return and exchange. Thank you.
