I had an issue exchanging my order for a different size with limited time for a wedding. Due to customs and the postage exchange, my order took awhile to reach Lavish Alice but when i contacted them, they were happy to post out the order however, my size was now out of stock. Amanda tracked down my size in another returns order and had it arranged to be posted asap. Would recommend this caring service.
