I had a problem where my dresses were refused from a collection point and returned to sender. The dress I had ordered was out of stock and had just been taken off the website so I was lucky to even get hold of it in the first place. Amanda managed to organise the parcel to be resent out to me once returned to Lavish Alice with the same dresses. Customer service was amazing and I can't thank them enough for sorting this out!
