Where do I even begin.. I ordered my dress late as I was unsure what size I was as I amna first time Lavish Alice buyer. Amanda from the customer care team went above and beyond to ensure I received my dress 2 days later across the water in Ireland. Unfortunately I ordered a size too small and got onto Amanda in a panic, 3 days left until my best friends wedding. Once again she went above and beyond for me shipped the size needed, gave me a code for free returns and is refunding me faster than usual due to what happened. I will 100% be coming back here everytime I need a dress. The customer service is 100% the best I have ever received. Amanda you deserve a raise!! The dress quality is amazing.
