I ordered a dress and it was slightly too tight. I was past the returns policy but messaged in the hope that they could help. Customer services were amazing, organised an exchange for the next size up and even sent it next day delivery!! I will definitely be ordering again. Not only are the dresses incredible the customer service team are brilliant! Thank you.
