Placed an order and was expecting 2 dresses to arrive. However one turned up as the other was out of stock 🤦🏽♀️. Needed the dress for a wedding. Contacted customer service who quickly resolved the problem. Lavish Alice dresses are great quality and their customer service is excellent. No long waiting times and fast refunds! I will definitely order again despite my previous problem.
