The customer care team dealt with my complaint really well. They were rrally kind, caring and showed real empathy with my situation. They quickly refunded me and also send me a gift card for my inconvenience, more importantly they made me feel like a valuable customer. Thank you Amanda for making me feel so comfortable in my complaint.
