I ordered a jumpsuit , which didnt arrive on time ( no fault to Lavish Alice, there was a postal strike) i emailed asking could I return, and the customer service team were so so helpful and so quick to respond. I will absolutley be ordering again. The jumpsuit i ordered was stunning just didnt arrive on time.
