I love the Lavish Alice products: gorgeous clothes, value for money, regular reductions, beautiful designs. Recently I have returned a dress but haven't received my refund so I contacted customer service and Sam was extremely helpful and efficient, checked the details, issued a refund very quick and also send me a nice apology for the delay.
