Great communication and customer service. Emails were answered quickly and efficient when i had a problem with my returns and as a gesture of good will i received a 30% off my next order for the inconvenience. I was reluctant to shop again with Alice Lavish but i now will shop again as my problem was solved in a very professional manner.
