Pretty good customer service. I only put 4 stars because I was looking forward to an exchange but I was not able to get the dress. The pickup from DHL to send the item back was different but I appreciate that it went smoothly. And when I messaged them to update me on the exchange, they got back to me in a few hours and refunded me right away. Not all companies do this with the same efficiency.
