I had recently purchased a dress but the fot was small. I had then returned the dress back but didn’t get any notification for an exchanged size up. I tried to contact the customer service number but when I finally received an answer the agent was super helpful and very swift with processing my request.
Although I must say the quality of the dresses are amazing and worth the premium prices.
