I ordered a dress last week for my Christmas party, unfortunately I didn’t receive it, however there has been royal mail strikes so I emailed to ask about the delay. Amanda got back to me so quick! She reassured me that she hadn’t received the stock, and I was refunded my shipping and given a discount code. I emailed back to ask if I would be notified when it’s shipped, she stated that I would, but if I would prefer, I could choose another item or she’d refund me in full. I’m currently waiting as I really want the dress I’ve ordered :) but it’s so nice to have the reassurance and the options, so I know either way I will be happy! Thank you so much Amanda, really great customer service and I’m so excited to receive my order.
