I recently purchased a dress for a wedding I had this week. Unfortunately I never realised I had bought a pre order until contacted Lavish Alice customer service trying to track my order. Tarek responded to my email within 24hours and dealt with my query. He was very helpful and issued me with my refund. Really happy with the service I received.
