I have always been a regular customer to Lavish Alice because their products are at such good quality and simply just look beautiful and elegant.
The customer service is fantastic getting a response within minutes when enquiring about a return due to strikes which had been delayed they got on the case straight away to resolve this for me and were so helpful.
It’s generally the best customer service I have ever experienced which makes me feel reassured if any issues did arise.
