Amanda in customer service is a credit to your company! I really can’t thank her enough! Due to the strikes I was waiting ages on my parcel and could not track anything! I am a loyal customer and I know this is not normal! I finally got in contact with Amanda and we was in contact with me every day and assured me I would have my parcel before Christmas! It was honestly the best customer service I ever received!
