I ordered a dress for Christmas 21/11/22, still not arrived :( I have emailed customer care several times chasing this. The customer care team - Amanda Harrison has been exceptional trying to resolve the issue and has gone to great lengths to satisfy me as a disappointed customer. I cannot fault her, so helpful and patient. Its a shame the dispatching of items is not as efficient. I am still holding out for the dress as I know from past experience of LA products it will be of excellent quality and always a good fit. Keeping my fingers crossed the dress arrives for new years eve.
