I had an issue with a return from Christmas time and was told they were unable to refund due to the change of hands, unfortunately these things happen sometimes. They have given me details on how I can claim this back through my bank which I'm in the process of doing.
I love this site and although they have had a few issues of late, I will still purchase from them because the style and quality of clothes is second to none. The customer service has been spot on too!
