I’ve received 5 star service which I am very grateful for. I’ve bought from LA a few times as the dresses are always stunning. I had to return 2 dresses as were too bit but I was out within my 14 days ( I thought it was 28 days to returns) I explain I had personal issues and the time has passed before I realised I was too late. I send an email explaining what happened and asked if I could still return. I got a lovely understanding email back agreeing to a full refund. Wawwww how amazingggggggg!! Thank you LA great service xx
