I recently ordered a couple of outfits and returned one and found the whole returns process brilliant! It was simple to log on and print out the postage label which comes with a tracking number, thank goodness as I didn't get proof of purchase.
I received confirmation that my return request had been received and then a few days later that the item had been received and a refund issued. Simple
