From first contact the team were excellent. They were responsive to my requests whilst always trying to offer good suggestions and advice as I really had no idea of the best product for me. The installation was slightly delayed by the atrocious wet weather but they kept me fully informed and completed the work as soon as the conditions allowed. The installation team worked so hard and were polite - all finished in a day and it looks superb! Now 5 mths in looks like new and is admired by all ( plus the dog loves it!)
