My experience was awesome!! I called early afternoon, and they were able to come out that same day. The tech called when he was on his way (within the 2 hour window.) He was very professional and friendly. Turned out the issue was fixed with a simple adjustment to the unit, and was done within minutes. I was very happy and asked what I owed him? He told me no charge! I did not have any cash with me and I really wanted to pay for the service call. He insisted and went on his way. I am a small business owner myself, so I though I would write a nice review. Highly recommend this company!!
