Once techs came to my house, they did a very good job. However, they were almost 2 hrs late from the time window given to me. Also, I was expecting 2 remotes, but only one given to me. Had to buy an extra one for $100. My other disappointment is that they did not take the broken garage door motor. Is that typical??
