LedRise customer service error – no problem, just pay up an extra €19. You order and pay in advance for 2 LedRise units. When the package arrives there’s only 1 unit in the box. You contact LedRise and they say “we are sorry for the mistake, there was a packing error” No problem - just send me the missing unit. Answer - we can’t do that unless you pay us another €19 for the delivery costs or spend another €50. So, let’s be clear, it’s an LedRise error but the customer must pay to put it right? An outstanding example of LedRise customer service …. you have been warned.
