Terrible customer service. Piece was missing and I spoke to customer rep through online chat. Accusatory remark was made that the piece was there when I triple checked items. Very generic responses.
They can take my money instantly during purchase but when they fail on their end, I just have to wait longer. Another week+ for missing part. No compensation or faster delivery.
