Be sure to video or photograph your entire installation complete with photos of voltage tests with a voltmeter at all points just in case one of their components is faulty. They will want photos of actual voltmeter readings or a photo of their burned out lights trip before they will help you.
Taking photos or video along the way may save you lots of time when dealing with product support.
Or better yet, buy from one of their competitors instead.
