When looking for a new three piece suite we were undecided regarding the colour. Karen Thomas who is a furniture sales advisor was most helpful and patient even going as far as allowing me to put different colour cushions against different coloured suites in the store which allowed us to make up our mind regarding what colour to choose, we found Karen very pleasant and she gave us her undivided attention even when we were still dithering.
