Twice a year we drive home from Market Deeping to North Wales. Each time we travel through Oakham and stop off at Hambleton Bakery and Leeson Butchers. Just finished our meal this evening. The bread so tasty, waiting to eat the scones. From the butchers the M M pie, the smoked ham, the turkey and beef slices were the nicest meats we have had for a long time. Waiting to come to Oakham again. Thank you.
The last time we visited was the Xmas before COVID and we had a cockerel, oh yes it made our day.
