We had a small hiccup with a technical issue and I give them 4 stars, but tech support was quick to come to our aid and fix the problem. It's cool that they take issues like this seriously. The support team is top notch and my child's education was not interrupted for long. Overall, we are happy with the learning process and the fact that the school is committed to providing a seamless online learning experience and is quick to help.
