I am very satisfied with all the orders I have done so far and they have fast delivery. Recently I made three orders where the first one was canceled due to not being in stock. Then I was refunded and lost money due to currency being transferred and then transferring it back. I know from previous orders that it is not possible to complete an order for an item that is not in stock. So then I contacted them and was met with very little respect. The response I received was very short and concise. I was deeply disappointed. So I choose to believe that the person may have been very busy. I know Lehmanns cares about the customers it is my experience so I hope what I experienced is just a one-time event. By the way, I have not yet received a response to my email regarding ordering an item that is not in stock. So I'm still waiting.
