Hi, I hope you take this as a constructive criticism. It doesn't make sense that you never pick up the phone. In the past few week I phoned you on number of occasions and I always end up sending you an email. Certain things are easily dealt with by a conversation ant not via an email. If I didn't need the Sidurim I purchased as a matter of a 'last minute situation' I would have gone elsewhere.
