I ordered several items. One of the items was the weekday Breslov Siddur. Part of one page was torn off and the bookmark ribbons were not attached to the book itself. After contacting the customer service team, the issue was completely resolved to my satisfaction in minutes. I am a repeat customer and very glad that this service is available in Europe.
