Their inventory system is poor.Items claimed to be in stock may not be (see other reviews also). Despite this the company draws down funds on order rather than on dispatch and then you have to chase for refund.
Zero customer service. They have a monopoly on European distribution so I suppose no reason to keep the customer satisfied.
