I tried ordering a rare book first from three other geographically closer vendors. They all said they had it, but one by one they got back to me after delays of many days and informed me the book was not in inventory. Lehmann's, on the other hand, actually had the book, sent me confirmation of this immediately and sent the book overseas in record time. It is heartening to know that outstanding customer service still exists in our world.
