I wanted to know which was the nearest store to Fulham which is where this Shaliach would be staying and the response was "We don't have a store in Fulham"-----That was not the answer to the question which was asked Then I asked whether you had particular volumes in stock and at which store these may be in order to assess the logistics, the reply,"Go on to our Online site and see what books we have in stock" or words to that effect. Again this was not the answer to the question asked
