Firstly, your search engine needs some improvement as just some straight searches I made did not produce results and I had to search for the books through more convoluted means. The books were available. Secondly, I ordered a book that appeared in stock. I placed and paid the order but finally was not available. You proceeded automatically to process the refund for this book but I had to check my VISA account for a few days until I checked that all the credits and debits applied to it were correct.
