Website was well designed and consumer friendly. Order placed needed to be cancelled due to my son not wanting the siddurim I had chosen. Lehmanns were extremely professional and friendly in understanding the situation I had found myself in and despite the order having been despatched were happy not to charge me requesting I refuse acceptance on delivery or return the items once received.
Cracking Company to do business with me and I highly commend them.
