Very quick delivery, however, no info when the packages were sent or any tracking information, which made it more stressful to wait- especially without info which books to receive in what and how many packages. Also, by error we ordered 1 Dav Yomi volume among 16 full size volumes of Talmud. It would have been extremely nice if somebody would have asked us if that was on purpose ( a service we encountered with other bookshops/editors)
Then, the Talmud volumes are often not packed carefully to avoid damage to corners
