The service was excellent and product was dispatched the next day. However you have used Parcelforce. I was not home when they tried to deliver. Unlike other couriers, Parcelforce will not give you an option to deliver to a neighbour or leave the parcel in a safe place. I rescheduled the delivery but it was not delivered. I still do not have the delivery 10 days after you sent it. Please do not use Parcelforce - it is a disincentive for buying from you.
