Excellent service and speed of delivery to Europe so far (let us see after Brexit). Good choice of Jewish Books you cannot easily get in general bookshops, in particular Feldheim, Artscroll. They do not seem to offer Koren Publishers or OUPress, which I find is a loss, but those you can find elsewhere, and Lehmanns in this restriction cater for all types of orthodox readers, so good for them. The only reason to give a Good instead of a Very Good is that the contents of the delivery is often a surprise: Before unpacking a box, you only know that some part of the order is missing because you receive a (very timely) refund, you are never told what books are not included. That is a pity, because sometimes you order because you need one book in particular, and then you receive everything but the urgently required book. And there is a status about available stock in the online shop, but that seems not to be enough. I would expect to be informed if not at the time of payment, then before the package is sent out, because I may want to wait with my order for a few weeks until the missing book is back in store, to then order everything together - else delivery costs are too high.
