Great choice, great communication.
Unfortunately one item from the order was out of stock, so it was not sent. They enclosed a card with an explanation, but unfortunately in the meantime the price of the goods increased significantly and other postage costs prevented me from ordering the missing arms again. They returned the money quickly and well.
