The homeless people and addicts are everywhere in the city centre. Countless times in broad day light you say they throwing up or spaced out on a bench. It would not be in issue if they kept to themselves… personally seen them harnessing the public for money or Booz… it is even worse in the night. Leicester isn’t the city it used to be
