They don’t deserve 1 star. We ordered an item as a Christmas present for our son with delivery promised within the advertised time. After this time elapsed we contacted the company who hadn’t even dispatched the item yet. Responses to messages are extremely delayed. Our son did not have the item in time for Christmas. We cancelled the order but have already been waiting over 2 weeks for our refund. We are opening a dispute with our credit card company today regarding this.
