The connection wasn't very clear, however Jamie was very lovely and made sure to get down all the necessary details.
He phoned up very quickly to discuss my viewing arrangements, however none were made as he needed an available staff member to arrange the viewing, so waiting for a call back.
Other than that, seemed very professional.
