I telephoned early this afternoon to make an appointment for a viewing on a property and was told that the person that dealt with viewings wasn't in the office at the moment but they would call me shortly. After waiting 4 hours l phoned again and a guy made an appointment for me for Friday.
I don't know who Amy is as l spoke to 2 male's. Apologies if one was called Amy.
